I am a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC) providing individual and group counseling for people at all stages of recovery from substance misuse and addiction. I also work with individuals struggling with problem gambling. I offer a supportive, shame-free, and judgment-free environment where you can explore your experiences openly and honestly. Using evidence-based approaches, I help clients build recovery plans that are effective, personalized, and meaningful. I believe that there are many pathways to recovery; it is not a one-size-fits-all deal. Your recovery and healing will be unique, and I will meet you where you are to help you find your recovery path.
